About the Utah Central Committee

The Utah Central Committee (UCC) is a public service organization, that serves the people of the state of Utah in asserting their constitutional rights.

The UCC is organized under the rights protected by the first amendment clause of the United States Constitution that states "the right of the people peaceably to assemble" is guaranteed along with the right to "petition the government for a redress of grievances".

Anybody within the geographical borders of Utah may be a citizen member of the Utah Central Committee and is eligible to run to be on the board in accordance with the committee bylaws.
